- For a $5 entry fee, participants fill out an entry ticket and take their shot
- If the ball stays on the green, contestant wins a sleeve of golf balls
- For a Hole-In-One, contestant earns $1,000 and a trip to our annual Million Dollar Hole-In-One® shootout tournament expenses paid excluding airfare
