RULES OF PLAY
1. Prior to taking their shot, each golfer who has properly registered to play a round of golf at the participating golf course may register with the Million Dollar Hole-In-One® official at the designated hole at the golf course and pay a fee.
2. The golfer must alert the hole official as to the brand/number of the golf ball he/she is playing, then will be allowed one shot which will be taken from the white, blue or black tees for men and the red tees for women. (NO PRACTICE SHOTS)
3. Any golfer who makes a Hole-In-One*, will receive $1,000.00, to be presented within 7 days by Million Dollar Hole-In-One® franchisee during a picture taking presentation with the Golf Course representative. *(Hole official must accompany golfer to the hole to verify the hole-in-one prior to golfer or any party removes golf ball from the hole.)
4. Any golfer that makes a Hole-In-One must complete the Million Dollar Hole-In-One® Certification affidavit that will be provided by the hole official.
5. A participating golfer whose tee shot remains on the putting surface of the green will instantly receive a sleeve of golf balls*. *(At the discretion of local franchisee, an alternative golf related prize may be offered)
6. Any golfer who has paid their fee and made a hole-in-one at their local level will receive an invitation to the Million Dollar Hole-In-One® tournament to shoot for a million dollars (twenty year annuity), expenses paid, excluding transportation.
7. In the event it is determined that there was any impropriety or failure to follow any of the above stated "Rules of Play", or any other infraction determined to be material by Million Dollar Hole-In-One®, Million Dollar Hole-In-One® reserves the right to disqualify a registered participant.
8. The obligations undertaken by Million Dollar Hole-In-One® are solely its responsibility and not the responsibility of the participating golf course.
